Submissions

What is the cost to enter?

  • 1st Submission – Early Bird Entry Pricing – $315 May 18–June 12, 2026 

  • 1st Submission – General Entry Pricing – $350 June 13–July 24, 2026 

  • 1st Submission – Late Entry Pricing – $425 July 25–August 7, 2026

  • Additional $50 for each Readers’ Choice submission. 

  • After your first submission, additional entries—whether for a different product or for the same product in another category—are $175 each. This discounted rate applies only to entries from the same brand (or from a PR firm submitting on that brand’s behalf). If you are entering multiple submissions for different brands, each brand requires a new entry at the standard fee.

Are there eligibility guidelines?

Only submissions for residential products introduced or redesigned for 2025/2026 and available for purchase in the United States are accepted. Custom products will be accepted in all entry categories.

 

The only exception is for entries to the Most Iconic Collection category: Residential products introduced or redesigned prior to 2025 will be accepted.

Am I eligible if I also submitted an entry in the 2026 RED Awards?

Yes. We’re pleased to welcome 2026 RED Awards entrants to participate, with new categories and expanded opportunities to showcase your work.

What information will I need to enter?

To submit a product entry, you will be asked for the following information:

  • Your contact information
  • Product/collection name and description (200 words maximum, in English)
  • Product/collection introduction date
  • Manufacturer information
  • 4-6 high resolution product images (minimum 350dpi, JPG or TIFF), including a product silhouette image and a product in design environment image

Is there a limit to how many entries I can submit?

No, there is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. Each entry can be submitted to one category at a time. If you would like to submit the same entry to additional categories, you will have the option to duplicate your entry at the end of the form.

If you would like to duplicate an entry that has already been submitted, you can go to your completed entries under "My Account" and click "copy".

Can I start my entry and then return to it later?

Yes, you may begin your entry, save, and revisit it at any time prior to submitting the final, complete entry. To access your in-progress entries, go to the "My Account" link on the top right-hand side of the page. You will find a menu on the left with "My Entries".

Can I duplicate an entry?

Yes. If you would like to copy over information from one entry to a new entry you may use the checkbox on the last page of the entry form. You may then make changes to the entry copy or enter the same submission to additional categories.

Can I edit or change my entry once it has been submitted?

If you need to make a vital change to a submitted entry, please email awards@luxesource.com.

How will I know if I've won?

Winners will be notified in Fall 2026. Further details to be announced.

What do I get if I win?

Winners will receive:

  • Editorial coverage in the January/February 2027 issue of LUXE Interiors + Design
  • Premier inclusion in the Look Book, LUXE’s inaugural insider print guide to what’s shaping residential design, distributed to leading trade professionals across the country

Are all submissions published?

Due to the sheer number of entries we receive, we cannot publish every submission. This honor is reserved for winners.

 


Voting/Selection

How are entries selected?

Product entries that opt-in to Readers' Choice will go into a public product gallery and will be voted on by the A+D community from.

Following public voting, all entries are reviewed by the LUXE Interiors + Design editorial panel.

How can I vote?

When public voting begins, visit the online gallery and use the list on the right-hand side of the page to navigate through the categories.

Can I vote more than once?

Yes, you are encouraged to vote as many times as you wish, but you may only vote once per category per day.

Am I allowed to promote my entry on social media to encourage votes?

Yes, we will provide a digital seal for you to use in your marketing efforts. You are encouraged to promote voting through your marketing channels.
